DNA for Piano

An idea of composing a piano piece with DNA sequence.
– Four nucleobases: adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G), cytosine (C).

A → Pitch class A (La)
T → Pitch class B; as B is (Ti) in solfège
G → Pitch class G (Sol)
C → Pitch class C (Do)

For the main theme of the piece, a short DNA fragment corresponding to the gold nanoparticle-synthesizing 12-mer peptide that I discovered during my M.S. program was chosen.
