삼킴

삼킴 saaamkiiim은 해금(김예지), 일렉트로닉스(Dey Kim), 타악기(김선기)로 구성된 일렉트로어쿠스틱 즉흥음악 트리오이다. 2019년 3월에 실험을 위한 프로젝트(소노프로젝트 Sonor Project)로 결성되어 5회의 공연을 거친 후 2020년 삼킴 SaaamKiiim으로 정착했다. 그들은 음악의 세 가지 요소인 화성, 선율, 박자를 해체한다. 이렇게 해체된 소리 파편의 변형과 중첩을 통해 다양한 자연현상으로 연주한다. 또한, 그들의 음악은 자기의 소리를 내고, 어떤 소리에 함께 울리는, 우리네 사회 속 관계와 맞닿아 있다. 관계 속에서 개인의 주체성이 겪는 자각, 변화, 아픔, 치유에 관한 보편적인 경험을 음악으로 풀어내고, 이 보편성이 공연에 함께 하는 청중 한 명 한 명의 특수한 이야기로 공명되고자 한다.
Saaamkiiim (formerly known as Sonor Project) is a trio for electroacoustic improvisation comprised of haegeum (Yeji Kim), electronics (Dey Kim), and percussions (Sunki Kim). They aim to break down the three components of music — harmony, melody, and rhythm. These dissected sounds are reinterpreted and recombined to be performed as natural phenomenons. In addition, their music resembles the relationships in our society and strives to resonate with the specific story of each one of the audiences.
